Our formula is Base Rate + Additional Fees = Delivery Charge.
Our Base Rate is calculated by zone-to-zone distance & vehicle type. We categorize zone-to-zone distance into three (3) categories: short, standard, and long. Each vehicle has a different base price per distance category. Also, the higher the vehicle capacity, the higher the cost.

All additional fees are clearly listed on our website. Most additional fees will be declared and charged at the beginning of booking. Some (e.g. additional wait-time charges & ERP) will be billed to you at the end of the delivery.

There is a maximum time for each service depending on vehicle type. For any single delivery, the maximum time for loading, delivery, and unloading are as follows:
Bike: 1 hour maximum delivery time
Car & 10ft Lorry: 1.5 hour maximum delivery time
15ft, 19ft, and 25ft Lorries: 2 hour maximum delivery time
Once the maximum delivery time is exceeded, there will be a 50% booking fee charge for every additional hour of delivery time.
On top of making up for opportunity cost, this is put in place in order to discourage slow/lax loading & unloading.
If for some reason you need to cancel your delivery booking, you may receive full or partial refund depending on your cancellation period:
30 days before delivery: full refund
10-30 days before delivery: 50% refund
2-10 days before delivery: 20% refund
< 48 hours before delivery: no refund
Refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation.
